If you find a competitor advertising the same product as us at a lower price, just give us a call at 6022 2111 and we’ll work with you to verify the competitor price over the phone and either match or beat that price on the spot.
If you have purchased a product from a competitor within the past thirty (30) days and want us to match or beat their price, fill out the form below and we’ll get back to you ASAP with a quote.
How can I find out if a product is available online?
To see the most accurate info for your area, sign in to your Automotiv account before you shop.
Product selection on Automotiv may vary from our stores. There may be limited quantities or we may be testing certain items in select markets. Also, we can offer a broader selection online because we ship these items directly from our distribution centers.
What does “limited quantities” mean?
Automotiv may sometimes limit quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions include orders placed from the same Automotiv account or credit card, and sometimes even orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit quantities sold, including the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.
Do you offer rain checks?
Automotiv does not offer rain checks for products sold online.
If for some reason an item you’ve ordered is taking longer than expected to arrive, we’ll let you know by email and give you a new estimated arrival date within the next 30 days.If after the new estimated arrival date the item is still on backorder, we will automatically cancel the item. You can also check your order status any time to see the estimated arrival date and any available options.
We will not charge your credit card until the item is shipped. If you used PayPal, your PayPal account was charged at the time you placed the order.
We are temporarily unable to ship items to U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.
When you buy something from us we send your credit card or payment information, name, billing address and the amount of your purchase to your credit card or payment company to verify and authorize the purchase. Your name, telephone number and shipping information must be provided to third party shippers.
